SUFA AGM, Sustainable Urban Freight Exhibition and Conference

Join SUFA, Clean Cities and leaders from across policy, business and civil society on 23 June 2026 for a day focused on the future of sustainable urban freight.

Taking place during London Climate Action Week, the event brings together three connected sessions across the day: a SUFA members’ AGM, an open sustainable freight exhibition and conference programme, and a members-only evening reception.

Together, these sessions will showcase practical solutions, share lessons from across the sector and explore the policy, investment and partnerships needed to accelerate the transition to cleaner, smarter and more efficient urban freight.

1. SUFA Annual General Meeting

SUFA members are invited to attend our Annual General Meeting, which will formally close SUFA’s first year of operations and look ahead to the next phase of our development.

2. Sustainable Urban Freight Exhibition

Time: 10:00 - 11:30
Venue: Coin Street Neighbourhood Centre, 108 Stamford Street, London SE1 9NH
Attendance: Open to all

Following the AGM, attendees are invited to join a breakfast networking session and sustainable urban freight exhibition.

The exhibition will showcase organisations and solutions supporting the transition to cleaner and more efficient freight in cities.

3. Future of Urban Freight: London and Beyond

Time: 11:30–16:30
Venue: Coin Street Neighbourhood Centre, 108 Stamford Street, London SE1 9NH
Attendance: Open to all

Hosted by Clean Cities in association with SUFA, this conference programme will bring together freight operators, retailers, technology providers, local and regional government, policymakers, investors, campaigners and researchers.

Through a series of panel discussions, the programme will explore what is already working, what needs to change and where the sector goes next.

4. SUFA Summer Drinks Reception

Time: 17:30–20:00
Venue: Clipper Lounge EMB, Embankment Pier, Victoria Embankment, London WC2N 6NU
Attendance: SUFA members only
Sponsored by: Thames Clipper

SUFA members are invited to an evening drinks reception on the Thames, hosted and sponsored by Thames Clipper.

The reception will provide an opportunity to continue conversations from the day, meet other SUFA members and build relationships across the sustainable freight sector. Members will also have the opportunity to learn about Thames Clipper’s 100% electric cargo vessel.
